The Serpent's Kiss is located in downtown Santa Cruz across from the Clock Tower at 2015 N. Pacific Avenue. Our phone number is 831-423-5477. We are open 7 days a week from Noon-7pm.
Packaging and Delivery
We ship out our packages usually within two business days, unless there is a product that needs to be created, which could delay shipment up to a week. You can generally expect to receive your package in about a week.
If a product in your order is out of stock, we may refund that particular item.
If your product arrives damaged, let us know right away.
